People need to learn the difference between Ennemies ship, Mutual Animosity ship, Rivals Ship and Bickering Friends ships. I just saw a post being like ‘uh, stop shipping people who want to kill each other and are abusive, a ‘ennemy ship’ is people bickering over stupid things and having friendly rivalry’. Like… no ? In my books if they don’t want to kill ( or at least incapacitate ) each other, then that’s no Ennemies Ship.

So this means Tolkien screwed up when he named one of the chapters in LOTR “Flotsam and Jetsam” which covers the wreck of Isengard after it was attacked by the Ents. This is very disillusioning as he was a linguist.
